When the pandemic struck eighteen months ago, companies were forced to look at the ways in which their businesses functioned, evaluate new technologies, assess staffing requirements, and understand Government support initiatives – overnight!
It was a frantic and worrying time for business owners, and with so much new information to digest in a short space of time, understandably all of our clients had a lot of questions.
Within the first few days of lockdown being announced in March 2020, we set up a WhatsApp group for our clients, specifically to circulate new information about support initiatives, offer advice, and answer any specific questions. Blue Rocket MD Miguel and the team were on hand to provide guidance, and we know our approachable attitude was really appreciated by our clients.

Building connections with other business owners might not be something you consider to be a priority, but networking is proven to be successful and helps to grow businesses.
During lockdown, we set up our monthly online networking sessions with the aim of helping business owners share knowledge and support each other, but also as a way to introduce clients to new potential business contacts. Even though life is now starting to return to some sort of normality, we’ve carried on the lively, informal sessions as they’ve proven to be such a big hit with clients!
