Reach for the Stars with Team Jupiter

Helping ambitious business owners to achieve their vision of success.

Team Jupiter looks after the needs of companies on our Reach for the Stars programme. These are usually larger companies with a turnover of over £500,000 and ambitious growth plans, and with anything from eight to twenty employees. These companies are often operating in the construction, manufacturing or import and export industries.

Acting as your Finance Director, and having spent time with you to fully understand your goals and challenges, we’ll outline a flight plan for your business and support you through any required changes to get you on the best path, whether that’s a new accounting system, a rejigged corporate structure or putting tax plans in place for the future.

Monthly financial and progress reports – providing key ratios and vital management information – will allow you to monitor your progress against key KPIs and keep you on track. Every three months we’ll meet to review your financial performance, revise your growth strategies and plan how you can keep more profit to fuel your growth. You’ll also be kept up to date on any legislative changes to avoid any surprises.

A few months before your financial year end, we’ll meet again to discuss your performance to date, what the tax implications are and to identify if there is anything that could be done to reduce your tax liability. After your financial year end there will be another meeting to chat through your numbers - benchmarked against those of your competitors - covering what they mean for you and your business and identifying any further growth opportunities for you.
